A WICKED WOMAN MARRIES A NAIVE MAN

A simple man married a wicked woman. The woman had been pregnant for six months already, so three months after the marriage, a child was born. The naïve man was very happy that Allah has given me a very good wife because of which Allah has been gracious to me and very quickly he has made me a father.

When he went out in the bazar, people started making fun of him. He was very worried about why people started making fun of him instead of congratulating him. He started asking people what was the reason for your joke? Everyone said good man! The child is pure production of adultery, then why are you his father? He asked how the child is production of adultery. People said that he was born after three months. If it were yours, it would be born after a full nine months.

The naïve man came home in a rage on hearing this from people and said to his wife, "Why do you so wrong? You gave birth to a child a few months after the marriage, while the child is born after nine months. The clever woman said: You are also very simple even if you have come to the words of people. I gave birth to a baby after nine months. If you don't believe me, calculate. Tell me, how long have you been married to me? He said three months, and how long have I been married to you? The man said three months, and after how many months the baby was born; he said three months. She said: So my three months, your three months and child’s three months are a total of nine months; then what is the objection? The naive husband was satisfied and said that she was right. What about people, they are saying this out of jealousy.

Moral Lesson: Man should not be so naïve.
